Lindsay Lohan was in court in LA yesterday, to explain why she hasn't attended weekly alcohol education classes. She has been on probation since her 2007 arrest. Despite Lindsay presenting her side of the story, the judge sentenced her to 90 days in jail. This will be followed by 90 days of inpatient rehab. Lindsay will continue to wear her SCRAM bracelet until 20 July, when she is due to surrender to the court. In addition, on her way in to court, Lindsay was served with legal papers due to an outstanding shoe shop bill.
